Drop Off Training and Enrichment

Designed as an alternative to traditional dog daycare

Our goal is to improve the dog’s obedience and ability to remain calm near other dogs. The program really works well in conjunction with our training classes.
Gingr Sign Up/Log InSkills We Will Work On:
- Conditioning verbal markers
- Shaping the behaviors Sit, Down Spot, Come, and Walking with Attention
- Helping your dog learn to stay calm and work in close proximity to other dogs
- Helping your dog build confidence
- Charting your dog’s progress in a point system
- Walking each dog outside to eliminate unwanted behaviors while leash walking
- Scent Detection Training
"Fiona looks forward to Enrichment days at Sirius Strides. She is always excited to get out of the car and go to any staff member that is there to greet her. There are times I feel bad because she exits the car and doesn’t look back! The staff are always warm and friendly to both Fiona
and me. I feel confident that Fiona is in a safe environment and appreciate the socialization and reinforcement training she receives when she is at the facility. Fiona started in Puppy Class and advanced to Level 1 and 2 training. In addition, she has attended outdoor Meet Ups, Rally Meet Ups, and recently completed the Mt. Sirius Challenge. Each of these experiences has increased Fiona’s confidence and built positive relationships with other dogs and humans. Fiona is also a regular at the Community Dog Walks on Sunday mornings. I have recommended Sirius Strides to several friends who are grateful to have the same experience that we have. Thanks for training Fiona and her humans!"
Schedule

7:00 am - 9:00 am: Drop off your dog at your car. We come to your car to retrieve your dog.

10:00 am - 12:00 pm: 2 training sessions and a walk outside to eliminate undesired behaviors during loose leash walkingÂ

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Feeding for puppies

1:00 pm - 4:00 pm: 2 training sessions and a walk outside to eliminate undesired behaviors during loose leash walkingÂ

4:00 pm - 5:30 pm: Pick up your dog at your car. We retrieve your dog and bring them to you.
